ANGELA MORRIS - CAKE ARTIST & DESIGNER
Blossom Dream Cakes, established in 2013, is based in Dorchester, the county town of Dorset and specialises in creating the most delicious and beautiful individually designed wedding and celebration cakes. As its owner, cake artist and designer, Angela Morris works hard to ensure each cake is a unique piece of art designed for you and you alone. With qualifications in Food & Nutrition and Art & Design she is focused on providing an exceptional service and achieving the highest standards possible, tailoring each design to reflect individual personalities and event styling. Angela's aim is to provide each and every client with the most amazing, never to be forgotton memories, all through the medium of cake.
Angela is proud to be a founding member of the Association of British Wedding Businesses and to support LGBTQ Equality Weddings, along with a number of other bodies all of which support equality and fairness within the industry, for both the business and the customer.
Like many, Angela began with making birthday cakes for her children and soon realised she had a flair for baking and sugar craft. Within a year, encouraged by friends and family, she had turned her passion from a hobby into a small business, and within 5 years she was named as one of the UK's top 50 wedding cake designers.

While she is mainly self taught, Angela has invested in specialist classes from some of the worlds finest cake artists and sugar florists helping her to develop her natural talents and keep her skills up to date.

Angela has a particular passion for sugar flowers and painted designs, and anything a little bit out of the ordinary. She is proud of her ability to be able to turn her hand to just about anything to be able to provide her clients with the beautifully artistic creations they have come to expect.
With a continually growing local reputation and a global online presence, her work has been published in many leading industry magazines and online blogs.
